How much does it cost to rent a speaker system in Nashville?
The full 15" PA system (two speakers, mixer, mic, stands and cables) is $200 per day with self-serve pickup in East Nashville. Delivery and setup are optional add-ons. Need more than one day? Ask for a multi-day rate.
How many people can the system cover?
A pair of 15" powered speakers comfortably handles speeches and music for a backyard party, ceremony, or meeting of up to 200 people. For dancing or bass-heavy music, add the QSC KS118 18" subwoofer.
Do I need to know how to set it up?
No. The speakers are self-powered, so setup is stands, speakers, power, and one cable to the mixer. You will get a one-page quick start sheet, and I am a text away. Want it done for you? Choose delivery with setup and teardown.
Can I play music from my phone?
Yes. Pair by Bluetooth or plug in with a cable. The mixer also has a USB connection for a laptop, and a microphone input for speeches, a DJ, or a band.
How does pickup work?
After you book, I send the exact pickup address in East Nashville (37206) and a time window. You sign a short rental agreement, load the gear, and return it on the agreed date.
What is your cancellation policy?
You pay at pickup or delivery, so there is nothing to refund. If plans change, cancel at least 48 hours ahead by replying to your confirmation email or texting me, so the dates can go to someone else.
Can I book last minute?
If the calendar shows the date open, you can book instantly. For same-day needs, call or text and I will do my best.
