What it handles
Toasts and speeches, background music for a party, a ceremony in a backyard or barn, a fundraiser, a church event, or an acoustic set. Up to about 200 people. For a dance floor, add the 18" subwoofer.
Phone, laptop or mixer
Each speaker has Bluetooth built in, so a phone playlist works with no extra gear. If you need a microphone, a laptop and an instrument at the same time, tick the Yamaha MG10XU mixer when you book. It has 10 channels and is free with the rental.
Pickup, delivery or setup
Pick it up in East Nashville for $200 a day. Delivery starts at $40, and for $100 more I set it up, sound check it and pack it up after.

PA system rental questions
Can I rent just one speaker?
Yes. A single 15" speaker with its stand is $100/day. Tick "Single 15" speaker" when you book. One speaker covers a small room, a speech or a practice, up to about 75 people.
Can I rent just the speakers, without the mixer?
Yes. The mixer, mic and cables are only added if you tick them. The speakers have Bluetooth, so a phone plays straight to them.
Do I need the mixer?
Only if you are running more than one source at once, like a mic for speeches plus music from a laptop. For music from one phone, Bluetooth on the speakers is enough.
Does it come with a microphone?
Yes, if you want one. Tick the Blue enCORE 100 mic and the mixer when you book. Both are free.
How loud is it?
Each speaker is rated at 1000 W peak. Two of them cover a backyard party or a room of up to about 200 people. For bass you can feel, add the QSC KS118 subwoofer.
